Founded in 2018 by Tristan Bills, Monster Dynamics provides professional transaction management and business support services designed to help real estate professionals work smarter, save time, and grow their businesses.
Today, we support 40 real estate agents across eight brokerages throughout the Wasatch Front and Utah. By combining proven systems, extensive transaction experience, and a growing network of preferred vendors, we help agents navigate the complexities of real estate transactions while spending more time serving their clients and building their businesses.
In addition to real estate transaction management, Monster Dynamics offers mortgage loan processing and notary signing services, providing complementary solutions to support the professionals we serve.

Tristan brings a background in business operations, real estate, and client service to Monster Dynamics. Before pursuing his passion for real estate, he served as an Operations Manager for a regional, multimillion dollar communications company. As a Utah licensed REALTOR® with extensive experience facilitating real estate transactions, Tristan understands the demands agents and their clients face throughout the process. He founded Monster Dynamics to simplify transaction management, streamline operations, and help agents focus on what they do best. As CEO, President, and the unofficial Head of Custodial Services, Tristan believes no task is too small when it comes to keeping the business running smoothly.
